Job Description

A Burger Farm Associate Manager job description involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality, and upholding health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include training team members, checking inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out), supervising shifts, and possibly contributing to process improvements and business growth within the fast-casual restaurant chain. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in the food or QSR (quick-service restaurant) industry, strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work various shifts.  Key Responsibilities Team Management: Supervise the team, provide training to new members, and ensure smooth shift operations.  Inventory & Stock Control: Conduct regular checks on stock levels, arranging items by maintaining FIFO standards to minimize waste.  Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.  Quality & Standards: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence.  Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies, and contribute to maintaining a clean environment.  Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and other relevant restaurant policies and procedures.  Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant or QSR industry.  Education: A 12th pass is often a minimum requirement, but a background in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is a plus.  Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.  Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to creating positive dining experiences.  Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
