Resource Managerment - Program Executive GOV3

As a Resource Allocation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to maintain and update resource allocation databases and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand project staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly. By analyzing skills, availability, and project requirements, you will ensure the right fit for each project. Additionally, you will manage bench resources and plan their deployment effectively, track and report on utilization metrics, forecasting, and productivity. You will play a key role in assisting with workforce planning, hiring plans, and internal resource movements. This will involve coordinating with recruitment and HR teams for sourcing internal/external candidates, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating with the Learning & Development team for training needs. Ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to senior management will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Tech in any discipline (preferred branches: IT, Computer Science, Mechanical, ECE, etc.) along with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in resource/workforce management or related fields. Excellent Excel and data analysis skills are required, and knowledge of tools like MS Project, SAP, or similar is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. Preferred skills for this position include an understanding of project lifecycle and resource planning, exposure to time-tracking or ERP systems, an analytical mindset with attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work under pressure.,
