Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Training Need Assessment Conduct a thorough assessment of organization’s digital and data training needs Collaborate with business verticals, subject matter experts, L&D function to understand and identify specific skill gaps and requirements in digital literacy Project Design & Development Develop & implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles & levels within organization Collaborate with vendors and subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant curriculum content for training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards & learner needs. Continuously update training content to reflect emerging trends and technologies Oversee the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to enhance the digital learning experience for participants. Training effectiveness monitoring Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, or performance metrics like adoption of technology, number of projects executed, etc. Culture Building & Continuous learning Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation to stay up-to-date with latest or emerging technology Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, institutions, and employers to enhance the reach and impact of the Digital Academy. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in digital education and technology to inform program development and innovation.
