We are seeking a Resource Manager Prin to oversee and optimize resource allocation within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in resource management, ensuring that our projects are staffed with the right talent at the right time.

Responsibilities

Manage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
Collaborate with project managers to understand resource requirements
Track resource utilization and availability
Develop and maintain resource management processes and tools
Monitor project timelines and adjust resource allocation as necessary

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
11-16 years of experience in resource management or similar roles
