We have 2 vacancies available for this role. We are currently in need of a results-oriented Resource Manager to oversee the allocation of staff to our various projects. Your responsibilities will include determining the personnel requirements, supporting project managers, and collaborating with multiple teams within our organization on resource management. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of resource allocation and preferably possess experience in a related industry. An exceptional Resource Manager will be able to accurately assess resource needs and ensure that project goals are met with the available capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Assigning staff to projects based on their skills and experience. - Recruiting new staff within project budgets. - Providing continuous resource management support to project managers. - Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours. - Addressing resource concerns by reallocating resources, setting new goals, or hiring additional staff. - Collaborating with internal departments on resource management. - Documenting processes and maintaining records. - Staying updated on labor laws and resource management trends.
