Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating resource management activities across delivery units. This includes tracking and addressing resource requirements within the required timeline and conducting day-to-day follow-ups and coordination with project managers, talent acquisition team, and other stakeholders for resourcing activities. Additionally, you will drive initiatives for skill development and cross-training within the available talent pool. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate resource data in internal tools/systems and generating periodic reports - Having a minimum of 1 year of related experience; experience in a resource management role is preferred - Demonstrating excellent coordination skills - Possessing effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels - Showcasing strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills - Having a good understanding of IT services delivery lifecycle and project resourcing - Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a dynamic work environment that values your skills and expertise, this role could be a great fit for you.,
