Role Overview:

Hotel Sales Professional (2–6 years experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  B2C sales calls

  to generate bookings for rooms, packages, and wellness stays.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with

  corporates, event planners, MICE clients, and travel agencies

  .
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
• Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets across B2C and B2B segments.
• Create customized proposals for corporate off-sites, retreats, and events at the resort.
• Manage client database, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain sales reports.
• Coordinate with reservations, operations, and marketing teams for smooth client servicing.
• Represent the brand in promotional events, travel fairs, and networking activities.

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience

  in hotel/resort sales, corporate sales, or B2C tele-sales.
• Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Hospitality, tourism, or wellness sector experience is an advantage.
