Front Desk Manager Pet Resort (Doggos Heaven)

Role Overview

You’ll be the first and last point of contact for every pet and pet parent who walks in. Your job is to keep the front office running smoothly with discipline, warmth, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  pet onboarding and deboarding

  process with proper documentation.
• Handle

  billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation

  .
• Maintain

  guest relations

  — greet clients, answer queries, coordinate services.
• Coordinate with grooming, vet, hostel, and play school teams for smooth operations.
  
• Keep accurate records in CRM/software (training will be provided).
  
• Manage appointment scheduling, service reminders, follow-ups.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional standards at reception.
  
• Address customer complaints politely and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Assist in basic administrative tasks and inventory coordination.
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication and hospitality mindset.
  
• Basic computer skills (billing, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, CRM).
  
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  
• A tidy, disciplined working style.
  
• Prior experience in hospitality, clinics, or pet care is a bonus.
  

Education

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
  

Salary

• Competitive; based on experience.
  

Work Schedule

• Full-time, on-site at Doggos Heaven.
