Job Description

The Manager Property is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of the estate/property. This includes supervising staff, managing vendors, ensuring smooth facility operations, maintaining property standards, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

About the Role:

Oversee day-to-day estate operations, including maintenance, security, landscaping, and utilities management.
Supervise, train, and manage estate staff to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers; manage contracts, SLAs, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to property, safety, and environment.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain estate standards, hygiene, and safety.
Handle tenant/resident requests and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
Develop and implement estate policies, SOPs, and improvement initiatives.
Manage emergency preparedness, safety drills, and disaster management plans.
