Job Summary:

Residential and Commercial Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage potential residential and commercial clients.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate products, services, or solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Accurately track and report sales activities using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
