Residential Property Manager

As the Building Manager, your role involves overseeing, maintaining, and inspecting all designated buildings and properties. You will coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and company policies. Your responsibilities will include selecting tenants through interviews and background checks, preparing the annual budget, and regularly reporting on financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Select tenants through interviews and background checks - Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly - Manage on-site staff, vendor, and contractor relationships - Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems - Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files - Establish and maintain relationships with tenants Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - 1 year of total work experience preferred In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing on-site staff, vendor and contractor relationships. You will also be required to address tenant complaints, violations, and problems. Furthermore, you will prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files, as well as establish and maintain relationships with tenants.
