Job Description

As a Sales person specializing in residential real estate in Gurgaon, your role will involve leading and mentoring a sales team, selling and promoting residential projects, ensuring sales targets are met, building and maintaining relationships, guiding clients through transactions, staying updated on market trends, coordinating with partners for sales closures, driving marketing initiatives, and participating in events. Your functional skills should include a strong understanding of Gurgaon's real estate landscape, leadership abilities, negotiation skills, tech-savviness, expertise in primary residential sales, and a strong local network. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive residential property sales in Gurgaon. - Sell and promote residential projects to prospective buyers. - Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets for both individuals and the team. - Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, investors, and end-users. - Guide clients through the transaction process from inquiry to deal closure. - Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations. - Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. - Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for inventory movement and sales closures. - Drive marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team. - Participate in real estate exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events. - Ensure CRM updates, follow-ups, and reporting according to company standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Gurgaon's residential real estate landscape. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. - Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and digital platforms. - Expertise in primary residential sales and handling site operations. - Strong local network of brokers and channel partners.
