Residential Property Manager

As a Building Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing, maintaining, and inspecting all designated buildings and properties to ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and company policies - Coordinating ongoing maintenance and inspections - Selecting tenants through interviews and background checks - Preparing the annual budget and regularly reporting on financial performance - Managing on-site staff, vendor, and contractor relationships - Addressing tenant complaints, violations, and problems - Preparing and maintaining all records, correspondence, and files - Establishing and maintaining relationships with tenants Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma preferred - 1 year of total work experience preferred In addition to the key responsibilities, the company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund - Performance bonus Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with an application deadline of 10/06/2025.,
