Resident Engineer

Designation : Quality Resident Engineer

Education : B.E./ B.tech / ME / Mtech in Electronics/ Electrical / EnTC or Background in electronics manufacturing

Work experience : 3 to 4 years of experience in Automotive electronics manufacturing company and better if work as a QRE

Knowledge of :

• Experience in handling and dealing with customers i.e. OEM
• Excellent communication skill in local and average in English language (speak, write and read)
• Experience in handling and dealing with customers i.e. OEM
• Handhold experience in excel, power point etc. report preparation
• Basic electrical and electronics knowledge better if having telematics related product awareness

Responsibilities :

• Attend and resolve the line issues timely and report to factory
• Attend the warranty meetings and verify the parts for the defects
• Maintain the daily activity report, line issue & warranty complaint register and communicate to factory
• Monitor daily vehicle production at TML and convey the monthly data to Sales Team.
• Send the rejected parts timely to the plant for the analysis
• Support to service team for their outstation activities and visit at dealers
• Support to new developed product trial at TML plant and its implementation i.e. support to AEPL R&D in a ERC Software development trial activities
• Ready to relocate and travel if there is need
• Preferably if living at nearest TML Pantnagar plant
• Should be available at plant as & when required if any concern
