As a Resident Engineer at Tech Connect Services Pvt. Ltd., you will undertake a full-time on-site role based in Noida. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing and managing integrated communication solutions for various settings including Board Rooms, Conference Rooms, Training facilities, Customer Experience Centers, and Network Operating Centers. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Diploma/BTech degree - CTS Certification - Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of Audio-Visual equipment - Proficiency in troubleshooting AV systems - Familiarity with renowned AV technology brands such as Kramer, Crestron, CISCO, Polycom, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Capability to collaborate effectively within a team - Additional certifications in Audio-Visual technology would be advantageous Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and maintaining AV equipment including Display, Camera, Microphone, amplifier, Switches, Tc, Vc, etc. - Conducting Video Conferences (VC) as per client requirements and ensuring smooth operations on platforms like Zoom, WebEx, Ms Teams, etc. - Troubleshooting any technical issues during VC sessions - Keeping track of the status of all installed devices on-site and providing timely reports - Willingness to work on the network as necessary Join us at Tech Connect Services Pvt.
