Job Description

As a Resident Construction Engineer at Meenaar Global Consultants LLP, located in Dakshin Kannada Mangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities related to CGD and cross country pipeline laying projects within the Oil & Gas industry. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in this industry. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of ASME/API standards, IS Codes, OISD Guidelines, and field execution protocols along with ASNT Level II certification in UT, RT, DPT, MPT, and VT. Your main responsibilities will include supervising the civil, mechanical, or electrical execution at the site as per approved drawings, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and safety practices. You will also be required to coordinate and monitor contractors" performance, issue necessary permits, ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality control at the site. Moreover, you will be responsible for overseeing material testing and approval, implementing work procedures, preparing progress reports, and maintaining effective communication with project teams and contractors.
