The role is accountable for overall Residences operations with full P&L responsibility, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and premium guest experience. Topline delivery is supported through pricing strategies, yield management, and long-stay rate structures, with demand generated from corporates, relocation firms, embassies, airline crews, and medical or production segments. Product positioning is maintained distinct from hotels, with emphasis on lifestyle benefits and ancillary monetization including F&B, laundry, co-working, and pet services.
Resident experience is ensured through VIP recognition, personalized service, entertainment programs, and guest history management. Financial discipline is achieved across payroll, vendor costs, and housekeeping cadence, with strict adherence to audit, tax, and compliance requirements.
Operational excellence is upheld through Hyatt brand standards, inspections, and data integrity. Sales and marketing strategies are supported through CRM-driven lead management, OTA optimization, and corporate partnerships. The role also fosters a high-performance team culture while ensuring legal, labor, safety, and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Residents Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
