Reservations Executive

As a Reservations Executive at the eco-conscious luxury wildlife lodges located in Blackbuck National Park-Velavadar and Gir National Park-Sasan Gir in Gujarat, your role is crucial in managing reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. - Be the first point of contact for handling and resolving customer reservations. - Manage sales enquiries, bookings, documentation, and complaints. - Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and live chats, addressing urgent situations promptly. - Attend to customer and travel agent queries for hotel bookings through emails, calls, and online platforms. - Provide quotes and send proposals for hotel bookings. - Convert leads into business by achieving goals through regular follow-ups. - Process reservations via mail, telephone, or central reservation systems. - Process reservations from direct guests, travel agents, and online travel agencies. - Proactively work independently to meet set goals. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle issues maturely and maintain a calm disposition. - Self-motivated, resourceful, and quick learner. - Systematic approach to work and ability to multitask. - Experience in the hotel industry or travel agency is preferred. - Attention to detail, innovative, and creative.
