Job Description Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, processing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to guests as a Reservations Consultant based in Mumbai. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing guest inquiries, managing communication via calls and emails, and optimizing sales through effective promotion of the resorts offerings. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
