Reservations Consultant

As a Reservations Consultant, your role will involve handling reservation inquiries, booking travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will be responsible for: - Handling customer inquiries related to reservations via phone, email, or online platforms - Making and confirming reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services - Providing accurate information on pricing, availability, and itinerary options - Modifying or canceling reservations as requested by customers, adhering to company policies - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, destinations, and promotions - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support - Maintaining records of all customer interactions and transactions - Achieving individual and team targets related to sales and customer service metrics To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, travel consulting, or customer service - Working knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in travel and tourism or related industries - Knowledge of additional languages The company offers a day shift schedule for this full-time, permanent position.
