Reservations Agent

You will be joining Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels as a full-time Reservations Agent based in Pune. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing incoming reservation requests through various communication channels such as phone and email. You will handle bookings, deliver exceptional customer service, and support receptionist duties when necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth communication between guests and hotel staff. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in phone etiquette and reservation handling, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience in receptionist duties. Your written and verbal communication skills should be excellent, enabling you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
