Reservation Executive

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Executive to join our team immediately. As an Reservation Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and updating the online travel agency platforms, managing reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

LOCATION: KOCHI/CALICUT

Qualifications: 

• Graduates, Post Graduates 
• 0-02 years experience in Hotel Reservations (Travel Industry).
• Experience with online travel agency platforms and reservation management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Good Technical skills and Communication Skills in English
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and vacation rentals is a plus 

Responsibilities: 

• Hotel Reservations & Inventory Management 
• Performing backend optimizations on OTAs
• Real Time OTA (Airbnb, Agoda, MMT and Booking.com) Inventory Management 
• Handle channel management software. 
• Online sales and business development. 
• Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes and services. 
• Deal with demanding customers and escalations 
• Work well in a team and collaborate with property owners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
