Hotel: Paatlidun Safari Lodge – Jim CorbettJob DescriptionManaging reservations and booking requests from customers.Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.Maintaining reports on a Regular Basis and submit to the Reservation Head.REQUIREMENTS:Previous reservations Experience in a 30+ bedroom 4* hotel/resort OR 5 * hotel/resortShould have Min 2 Yrs experience Should have Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Tourism ManagementShould have hands on experience working with CRS/PMSA passion for driving the Guest experience with the ability to respond to Guest feedback Excellent communication skillsShould be a team playerShould be ready to locate to Mohan, Jim Corbett Salary will be as per Industry StandardsIntersted Candidates can send their CV to dos@paatlidun.com
