Job Summary:

The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling all reservation-related functions efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate booking processes, prompt responses, and exceptional service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of hotel reservation systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Process and confirm individual and group room bookings as per standard hotel procedures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date reservation system and ensure accuracy in room allocation, guest details, and billing instructions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage and monitor online travel agency (OTA) bookings and respond to guest queries across platforms.
  • Update room availability, rates, and special packages in the system as directed by management.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing courteous and personalized service.
  • Handle cancellations, amendments, and special requests efficiently.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required.
  • Uphold the hotel’s brand standards and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel reservation software (preferably IDS).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Reservations or Front Office department of a reputed 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems is essential.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
