Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team at Jawai, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Location: Jawai, Rajasthan

Salary: 2.5 - 3.6l ( Along with food Accomadation)

Experience: min 1 years inreservation from hospitality sector

Responsibilities

Manage and handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Process reservations and cancellations in the booking system accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Prepare and distribute reports related to reservations and occupancy rates.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries and issues effectively.
