Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Kochi. The Reservation Executive will handle all aspects of booking and reservations for CGH Earth Experience Hotels. This role involves managing guest inquiries, processing reservations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The executive will also be responsible for promoting our properties, handling cancellations and amendments, and providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations management, customer service, and booking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
