Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Reservation Supervisor to manage and lead our reservations team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth reservation operations, maintain high accuracy, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all reservation activities.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Maintain accurate booking data in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy.
• Train and support reservation agents.
• Prepare reports and analyze booking trends for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in hotel reservations (supervisory role preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
