Job Summary:

The Reservation Associate is responsible for managing hotel reservations, ensuring accurate bookings, and providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reservation software, specifically Win Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Management: Process and manage hotel reservations, including room assignments and rate management.

2. Win Cloud Software: Utilize Win Cloud software to manage reservations, track availability, and generate reports.

3. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, confirm reservations, and provide excellent customer service.

4. Rate and Availability Management: Manage room rates and availability, ensuring accurate information is reflected in Win Cloud.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to optimize reservation processes and revenue management.

Requirements:

• 1. Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2. Experience: Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar role.
• 3. Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Win Cloud software.
• 4. Certifications: Hotel reservation certifications desirable.

Performance Metrics:

1. Accuracy: Ensure accurate reservation management and minimal errors.

2. Guest Satisfaction: Provide exceptional guest experiences through prompt and courteous communication.

3. Revenue Management: Optimize room rates and availability to maximize revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
