Location: Pune – Deccan (City Centre)
Experience: Fresher / Entry-level

Job Purpose

The Reservation Associate is responsible for handling room reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate booking entries, excellent guest communication, and coordination with front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Reservations & Booking Management

• Handle room reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and OTAs
• Enter, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the PMS
• Ensure correct rates, packages, inclusions, and payment terms are applied

Guest Communication

• Respond to guest queries professionally and promptly
• Share booking confirmations, policies, and payment details
• Coordinate special guest requests with Front Office / Operations

OTA & System Coordination

• Manage OTA bookings and updates (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Ensure inventory, rates, and availability are updated correctly
• Flag discrepancies or overbookings immediately

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Front Office for arrival lists and room allocation
• Share daily reservation reports with concerned teams
• Maintain reservation trackers and MIS reports

Compliance & SOP Adherence

• Follow company SOPs, reservation policies, and data confidentiality norms
• Maintain accurate records for audit and review

Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)
• Willingness to learn PMS systems
• Customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,949.36 - ₹21,923.87 per month
