Job Description

Seeking a Research Support Specialist to assist clients in research paper writing, publication support, patent development, and related tasks.

Your mission: deliver high-quality research support aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research paper writing, publication support, patent development services
• Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and design research strategies
• Collaborate with clients to understand their research needs
• Design and implement effective research strategies
• Ensure quality and integrity of research deliverables
• Stay updated on modern research methodologies and tools
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field (sciences, humanities, social sciences)
• Proven experience in research support, academic writing, or related domains
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with tools like NVivo, SPSS, or R

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic publishing, patent development, or IP processes
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Familiarity with academic publishing workflows
• Experience in project management and client relations
