Research Investigator

As a Research Scientist at Syngene International Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety, compliance, and quality in all work activities within your responsibility area. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring safety and compliance in all work activities, adhering to Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices. - Monitoring and confirming adherence to quality, integrity, and compliance standards by yourself and direct reports. - Completing assigned trainings on time and ensuring compliance with training procedures. - Attending mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures. - Participating in and supporting training sessions on procedures, protocols, and On-the-Job activities. - Following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Reporting nonconformities and deviations to supervisors or line managers. - Participating in deviations, investigations, CAPA, and change controls. - Preparation, revision, and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Packing and Dispatch Record (PDR). - Conducting training for DSP employees on prepared BMRs, PDRs, and related documents. - Supporting the hiring process to bring in quality workforce for team development. - Updating batch progress and participating in client discussions. - Developing and implementing operating methods to improve manufacturing efficiency. In addition to the above role-specific responsibilities, as a Research Scientist, you will also be accountable for: - Project Ownership: Successfully executing projects from initiation to completion, meeting client expectations and regulatory standards. - Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements to safeguard product quality and patient safety. - Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. - Performance Metrics: Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to process efficiency, project timelines, and quality metrics. - Client Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. - Compliance and Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology transfer and process scale-up. - Delivering high-quality statistical analysis and reports to support process optimization. - Developing and validating process maps and models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
