Role Description

Research and identify potential contacts and companies using online tools, databases, and professional platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.).

Gather key contact details such as name, title, email, phone number, location, and organization information.

Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, persona, or campaign needs.

Perform manual cross-checking to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness of data.

Identify and correct errors, duplicates, inconsistencies, and outdated information

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and interpret industry trends and developments.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, networking, and building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with the conference and events industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
