Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and gaps in the market.
Analyze competitor products, strategies, and industry developments to support R&D decision-making.
Assist in ideation sessions and innovation workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and design teams to align R&D goals with business objectives.
Track ongoing R&D projects, maintaining timelines, documentation, and progress reports.
Prepare presentations and reports on research findings, market analysis, and product performance.
Support concept testing, user feedback sessions, and post-launch reviews.

Manage databases, tools, or software related to research documentation and idea management.

Maintain awareness of regulatory, cultural, and sustainability considerations in product development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a research, strategy, or innovation role (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
