Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Literature survey related to catalyst/adsorbents.

To prepare catalysts/adsorbent materials using different techniques such as precipitation, sol-gel synthesis, hydrothermal syntheses, impregnation etc.

To characterize these materials using different techniques such as N2 Physisorption, pulse chemisorption, XRD, TG/DSC, temperature programmed studies (TPD/TPR/TPO) etc.

To maintain proper records of daily experimental work and periodically report these to the respective stakeholders.

To maintain proper maintenance for various equipments/instruments used in day-to-day activities.

To maintain 5S/Safety aspect in R&D.

To co-ordinate with Purchase/stores for procuring chemicals/cylinders/spare parts required for day-to-day activities.
