• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to deliver innovative solutions for our products ,testing of R&D trials, providing guidance, support, and mentorship on shop floor and customer premises.
• Stay abreast with the latest advancements in Agile and Scrum methodologies and practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.• Establish partnerships with external stakeholders, including academia, research institutions, and industry partners to enhance R&D capabilities and access new opportunities.• Develop and execute the R&D strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of R&D projects and make recommendations for improvements.• Preparation of components to be manufactured in a global supply chain.• Systematic analysis and break-down of technical issues.• Series second and third level support for manufacturing, service, and infield topics.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production and Sales to ensure alignment of R&D efforts with business goals.• Conduct Market research to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities for innovation.
