Policy Research : Conduct in-depth research on specific policy issues, legislative developments, and relevant topics to inform decision-making. Data Interpretation : Utilize statistical tools and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets. Report and Presentation Preparation : Summarize research findings in clear, detailed reports and presentations tailored for policymakers and stakeholders. Policy Recommendations : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support evidence-based policy decisions. Collaboration : Work with internal departments, external stakeholders, and organizations to share findings and foster collaborative efforts. Staying Updated : Stay informed on industry trends, new research methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance research quality. Qualifications Bachelors degree in public policy, economics, statistics, social sciences, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of public policy, government operations, or legislative processes is an asset.
