Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in formulation development, manufacturing processes, documentation (including BMR, BOM), and conducting trials and testing. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing COA reports, MSDS, and other technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop product formulations based on project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Conduct lab-scale, pilot-scale, and commercial trials of products.

• Monitor and evaluate the results of formulation trials and make necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality control teams during scale-up and production.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during development.

• Generate and maintain technical documents including COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).

• Analyze raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.

• Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain proper documentation and R&D reports for internal and regulatory use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, cosmetic technology or related field.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an R&D role (preferably in cosmetic or chemical industry).

• Knowledge of BMR, BOM, formulation techniques, and processing equipment.

• Familiarity with analytical techniques and testing methodologies.

• Strong understanding of COA and MSDS documentation.

• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.).

• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems for BOM and batch records.

• Experience in scale-up and tech transfer projects.
