conducting fermentation btches for otimization in both shake flask and fermenter
batch feedind in Seed and production fermenter, media sterilization, inoculation,transfer line , fermentation process monitoring.
To perform the CIP and SIP in all fermentors
Maintain of process parameters and records in BMR log sheet
Responsible for sending of sample as per process requiement to QC
taking consistency batches for PDR and for any amendments in previos procedures
maintain logbook as per the processess perform
