We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.
The R&D Executive supports the development of new paint formulations and improvement of existing products. This role involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with QC and production teams to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
2. Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab documentation.
3. Collaborate with QC and production teams to ensure smooth scale-up of lab-developed products. 4. Assist in developing cost-effective & durable formulations. 5. Support in preparing technical reports and product specifications. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, new raw materials, and technologies. 7. Ensure compliance with ISO and company standards during R&D activities. 8. Maintain lab safety and proper handling of chemicals. 9. Lead R&D projects to develop new paint products and improve existing formulations.
