Role Overview:  

As a   Research   Consultant, you will play a key role in conducting deep market and competitive research and delivering actionable insights. Collaborating closely with research,   strategy,   marketing, sales   teams   and business leaders, you will support the execution of   Embark's   strategy  and research   initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience who want to build a career in corporate strategy and develop   expertise   in market research, business intelligence, and strategic storytelling.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead comprehensive research, competitive bench marking,   location   assessment, and business case development to support clients with offshoring and GCC strategy.   
  

• Collaborating &   maintaining the development of new knowledge through participation in knowledge development projects, database, surveys, tools, etc.  
  

• Identifying   knowledge   building   opportunities -   developing best practice material on various   GCC/GBS topics to be used by teams or shared with clients  
  

• Contributing to build sector/topic teams and suggesting emerging sector/topic based on client demand  
  

• Developing  additional   proprietary knowledge like creation of databases, supporting whitepapers and internal knowledge documents  
  

• Develop and   maintain   dynamic dashboards and   excel-based models   to communicate strategic insights to leadership.   
  

• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive communication, effectively telling the story behind the data.   
  

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics,   Engineering   or related field; Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.   
  

• 3-5 years of consulting experience in GBS/Shared Services/GCC sector strongly preferred  
  

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas   and  modelling, and   data visualization.   
  

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.   
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives is desirable.   
  

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence.
