Research Associate / Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in course development, delivery, and management, including managing in-class activities, setting up the LMS, grading assignments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting the development of course materials as needed.

• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, offering personalised support

• Ensure compliance with the academic process. Maintain well-organised records to support internal quality and compliance reviews.

• Assisting the faculty and mentors in building real time case studies and research from live venture activities

• Support in the applied research through data collection, literature reviews, and academic publications

Background

·   Master’s in relevant field preferably enrolled in Doctoral program

·  Commitment to excellence in teaching and learning by providing strong support to both faculty, Industry mentors and students.

·   Entrepreneurial mindset to integrate academic learning with real-world venture
