Job Function

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Engineering Content Writer to join our team. The Engineering Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and technically accurate content related to various engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and a passion for communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Master’s and PhD dissertation writing support (UK standards), including:
• Research structuring
• Literature review
• Methodology development
• Technical writing and formatting
• Editing and final submission readiness
• Assist with coursework and assignment writing for engineering and technical subjects, ensuring originality and compliance with UK university guidelines.
• Deliver research publication and journal support, including:
• Manuscript preparation
• Technical and language editing
• Journal formatting (IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, etc.)
• Plagiarism reduction and reviewer response support
• Develop engineering articles and research-based blogs aligned with academic depth and industry relevance.
• Prepare whitepapers, technical reports, case studies, and solution documents describing engineering problems, methodologies, algorithms, and outcomes.
• Create technical manuals, guides, SOPs, and instructional documentation for engineering tools, systems, and development projects.
• Coordinate directly with UK-based clients, researchers, and students to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Support development, coding, and algorithm-related documentation, understanding logic, workflows, simulations, and outputs.
• Perform technical English editing and proofreading, ensuring clarity, correctness, academic tone, and publication-quality language.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a specific engineering discipline such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, aerospace engineering, or computer engineering.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role, with a portfolio of published engineering-related content.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to gather information from diverse sources, including academic journals, industry publications, and technical documentation.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content ideas and address technical challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free content.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Excellent technical and academic writing skills
• Research and literature review expertise
• Familiarity with journal submission processes
• Knowledge of plagiarism tools and formatting standards
• Basic to intermediate coding knowledge (Python / MATLAB / C / Java – documentation level)
• MS Word, LaTeX, Google Docs
• Reference management tools (Mendeley, Zotero – preferred)
