Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the formulation and standardization of reagents for biochemistry or immunoassay tests Conduct wet-lab experiments , optimization trials, and stability studies under GLP conditions Support enzyme-substrate reaction development , colorimetric or spectrophotometric assays Perform analytical validation , reproducibility, and batch consistency testing Maintain accurate lab records, SOPs, and QC documentation Coordinate with product, QA/QC, and manufacturing teams for scale-up and transfer Contribute to regulatory submissions and research publications Desired Skills & Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience in wet-lab chemistry , buffer preparation , biochemical testing Knowledge of spectrophotometry, ELISA, colorimetric methods , or biosensors is preferred Familiarity with clinical diagnostics , microbial assays , or biotech instrumentation Proficient in data analysis and lab documentation practices Team player with strong problem-solving and experimental planning skills
