Internship
The intern will support the R&D team in electrical system design, testing and validation for electric two-wheeler projects. Responsibilities include assisting in wiring harness design, schematics preparation, component selection, and prototype electrical integration. The role involves conducting bench-level testing of battery packs, motor controllers, BMS, chargers and sensors, along with troubleshooting and performance validation under different operating conditions. The intern will work with lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, CAN analyzers, power supplies and load testing systems to support system debugging and validation activities. Additionally, the candidate will help in preparing and maintaining wiring diagrams, test logs, technical documentation, and development reports while participating in prototype builds, harness crimping, soldering, connector assembly and general lab support to ensure successful execution of EV electrical R&D tasks.
