Position Overview

You’ll have a unique opportunity to work closely with the renowned faculty and Industry Mentors including Start-up Founders and Senior Corporate Executives in shaping teaching and learning experiences

Areas : Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing & Strategy

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in course development, delivery, and management, including managing in-class activities, setting up the LMS, grading assignments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting the development of course materials as needed.

· Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, offering personalized support

· Ensure compliance with the academic process. Maintain well-organized records to support internal quality and compliance reviews.

· Assisting the faculty and mentors in building real time case studies and research from live venture activities

· Support in the applied research through data collection, literature reviews, and academic publications

Background

· Master’s in relevant field preferably enrolled in PhD program

· Commitment to excellence in teaching and learning by providing strong support to both faculty, Industry mentors and students.

· Entrepreneurial mindset to integrate academic learning with real-world venture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
