Job Description

CTC 35-38K Exp: 1-3 Years Key Responsibilities: 1. Research Potential University Partners: Research top colleges and universities in relevant fields (e.g., technology, business, healthcare). Analyze institutional profiles, academic strengths, research focus, rankings, and achievements. Create a curated list of high-potential institutions for outreach. 2. University Partner Relationship Development: Initiate contact with university officials, department heads, placement cells, and faculty. Introduce Aimlay’s services and propose potential partnership opportunities. Build rapport, develop trust, and maintain long-term professional relationships. 3. Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Present partnership models and collaborate on customized solutions. Ensure mutual understanding of terms, objectives, and deliverables. Finalize agreements aligned with institutional and organizational goals. 4. Onboard New University Partners: Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, HR, operations) for smooth onboarding. Share resources, conduct orientation sessions, and provide ongoing partner support. 5. Ongoing Partnership Management: Maintain regular communication and monitor active partnerships. Organize joint initiatives such as webinars, placement drives, seminars, and events. Collect feedback and optimize the partnership strategy for long-term success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred). 1–3 years of experience in institutional alliances, business development, or the education sector. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Strong research ability and strategic thinking. Willingness to travel and represent Aimlay at institutional events.
