You are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager (Technical Services and R&D Support) to contribute to the research and development of personal care products, specializing in skincare, haircare, and body care categories. Your primary responsibilities will involve formulating, testing, and analyzing products, as well as ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the R&D team under the guidance of the R&D Manager. Your key duties include: - Generating innovative product ideas for customer presentation. - Developing formulations to meet product specifications. - Providing samples for customer trials and obtaining approvals. - Designing formulations based on Sales Team inputs. - Testing samples to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements. - Participating in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide technical information. - Conducting technical visits to customer sites for engagement and support. - Leading the R&D team effectively in formulation development and concept creation. - Monitoring and refining products based on customer feedback. Your qualifications should include: - A degree in Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry. - 8 to 10 years of experience in personal care research and development. - Expertise in skincare, haircare, and body care products. - Strong analytical and testing skills. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the personal care industry. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. - Willingness to travel. - Prior experience in the personal care industry is essential.
