Research Analyst

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and transforming information into clear, actionable insights.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on markets, competitors, and industry trends
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate insights
• Assist in designing surveys, interviews, and research frameworks
• Work closely with business, product, and strategy teams to support decision-making
• Track KPIs and performance data for continuous improvement
• Maintain research databases and ensure data accuracy
• Support ad hoc research projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
• 0–3 years of experience in research, analytics, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and curious
• Legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
