Role Overview: As a Research Analyst at PlusWealth Capital Management, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data to support investment strategies. Your role will involve evaluating investment opportunities, preparing detailed research reports, and collaborating with team members to develop effective investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data. - Evaluate investment opportunities by analyzing financial statements, industry reports, and market conditions. - Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. - Monitor and track the performance of investment portfolios and provide regular updates. - Collaborate with portfolio managers and team members to develop investment strategies. - Stay updated with regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging trends. - Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss research findings and investment strategies. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. - NISM certification is mandatory. - Proven experience as a Research Analyst in the financial services industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel). - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
