The company is looking to hire a Research Analyst , who will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of day-to-day operations of various projects deployed by the company. The candidate will also be responsible for the implementation of new projects and will be expected to provide on-the-ground feedback to improve processes. The projects vary from organizing plastic procurement from the informal sector to organizing waste collection from apartment complexes. Responsibilities and Duties ● Conduct market research and field surveys for project development ● Conduct fieldwork for business conversions (apartments, scrap shops etc) ● Build new partnerships for project implementation ● Vendor management and logistics coordination for procurement of plastics ● Ensure quality material is acquired at competitive prices in a timely fashion ● Nurture the relationship with suppliers and clients to negotiate the best prices for the company ● Carry out basic management tasks and maintain documentation for the same Qualifications and Skills ● 1+ years of experience in sales and/or field work for an NGO/Social enterprise ● Candidates must have proven marketing skills, and an affinity to do heavy field work. ● Ability to converse in Tamil and English ● “Hands-on” approach, team player with good leadership and motivational skills ● Ability to handle the pressure ● Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management. ● Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel. ● Excellent organizational management skills. ● Experience in the plastic recycling industry is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
